I'm Maria Jose, based in Dubai, 7+ years in this industry and 3+ with VT Markets. I build long-term relationships with IBs, affiliates, and fund managers across Europe, and that means flexible structures, real product knowledge, and being reachable outside a 9-to-5 window.
